General policy

Artists and programs are subject to change without notice. The Festival will not be held responsible for these changes.
“SEAT” tickets in sections A+, A and B of Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay entitle you to a seat under the roof.

No refund.

Lost tickets

Only “LAWN” tickets can be exchanged for a different concert or upgraded to seats under the Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay roof (plus difference in cost and service charge of $3.75 per ticket).
In case of loss, “LAWN” tickets cannot be reprinted or reissued for reasons of entry control. New tickets must be purchased at your expense.

In case of rain

Concerts and tourist activities are never cancelled in the event of rain.

Latecomers

Latecomers must wait for a break in the program before taking their seats.

Purchase Policy

Individual tickets

Concert ticket prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes (GST – 5% and QST – 9.975%).

Service charges

Non-taxable Place des Arts service charges are included in the price of individual tickets and apply to all purchases. Service charges per ticket are as follows:

Lawn tickets: $1.25
Tickets priced between $0.00 and $30.00: $3.75
Tickets priced between $30.01 and $50.00: $5.25
Tickets priced between $50.01 and more: $6.75

Subscriptions

For subscriptions, a fee levied by Place des Arts is included in the ticket price. Non-taxable service charges of $5.00 for partial subscriptions and $6.00 for full subscriptions are extra.

Delivery charges

Electronic and mobile ticket, no charge.
Pick up at the box office, $3.50 per order.
Regular mail, $3.50 per order.

Credit (Visa and MasterCard), debit cards, and cash are accepted.
